We are an organisation made up of enthusiastic and motivated staff, experienced in both local and international work. The main Areas of Interest of the organisation are: Employment of people with disabilities, education, integration, social enterprise, employment of migrants. Our main goal is to promote the participation of the target group through both local and international mobilities, enriching them with intercultural learning and promoting inclusion.
ASEAC is a non-governmental organization operating at the intersection of education and innovation. Our mission is to support and disseminate innovative educational approaches to contribute to the development of individuals and societies. In this direction, we do the following:
i) Educational activities (educational projects based on non-formal education methodology, focussing on active citizenship, refugee integration, employability of people with disabilities, promotion of human rights principles);
We organize training programs for different age groups, designed with contemporary pedagogical methods. These programs aim to increase participants' knowledge and skills, as well as develop 21st century skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and creativity.
ii) Innovation Projects: We carry out projects to support and realize innovative ideas in the field of education. These projects can cover different disciplines such as technology, art, science and social sciences.
iii) Collaborations: We aim to increase our impact and reach wider audiences by collaborating with public institutions, private sector, universities and other non-governmental organizations.

iv) Vocational training
The main objectives of the organisation are:
- Raising awareness of European Union values and education programmes;
- to promote self-realisation and personal development of the target group through the educational programmes of the European Union;
- to promote the active participation of people with fewer opportunities by using non-formal education and intercultural learning methods and to develop different ways to ensure their impact on the local community;
- Improving the quality of life of asylum seekers and migrant communities by working on integration;
- Provide volunteering opportunities for young people to develop their skills and competences, creating a positive impact on the community.
- Support cultural and social integration;
- Providing social entrepreneurship training to refugee youth.
- Carrying out activities on social integration and employability of deaf, mute and mildly disabled people.
